HOUSE BILL NO. 13 "An Act relating to fees and charges for                                                                      
medical treatment or services as they relate to workers' compensation;                                                          
and providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                                  
objection, it was so ordered.
